What this site collects, and what happens to it.
What we collect
One thing: the application form. If you fill it in, we receive the fields you typed.
- Full name
- Country you live in
- Which track
- What you would sell, and to whom
- The last three deals you personally closed
- Current monthly revenue, if any
If you do not fill in the form, this site collects nothing about you at all.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Nothing here follows you, profiles you or reports on you to anyone else. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. It runs only on the form.
What happens to an application
It is emailed to us and read by us. It is not sold, rented, shared with anyone outside Arkscale Ventures, or used to market anything to you. You get one automatic acknowledgement and nothing else unless we write to you about your application.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for twelve months and then deleted. If we start working together, what we keep after that is covered by the agreement between us.
Seeing it or deleting it
Email hello@arkscaleventures.com and ask. We will send you what we hold, or delete it, within 30 days.
